Team to watch: Pyros (bontvine)

From now on, there will be another section on the blog called "Team to Watch". In this section, the Sunday League blog will analyse some teams that have been quit but can be very promising for the future.

The first team chosen for this section was a team called Pyros. Pyros is managed by Leight B. under the username bontvine.
Bontvine is a ex-lycos manager. Not one of the best servers, but if you played there you remember him for sure.
Pyros is a young team, most of the players are 2 SWC, so i believe that its a second generation team, almost all rebuild. Most of the players will last for 8 seasons, and almost all are anysiders, with 2 or 3 top players. The most valuable player is the midfielder Harrison Fire.
In the two picture below, you can see the stats and ages of the players in the team. A GK needed to be replaced and a striker to be replaced soon.

Pyros is currently on 6-2-1, so he will arrive at the highest level of Conference 6 in 4 seasons. By that time this team will be peaking in stats, so they can have a big impact in this Conference. Two seasons later they will be rebuilding again.
Three times champion in this server, plus other two as runner up.

Bontvine is very far to be a newbie. In Lycos he was one of the best know managers. 30 seasons on the top flight, 19 seasons as division winner and 10 times runner up. Looking at his history he won at least 11 times his Conference.
He also won 15 majors and ended 5 times as runner up. In Lycos he was registed sence 2003-08-04.

At the current moment he is leading 6-2-1 South, but his biggest moments in the season were in the majors. On the Elite Cup he beat Castle Ford Warriors, current leaders of 7-1-1 and one of the newbies in FL1, currently on 9th. Last night was in the CS where he beat Ghandis Peace Corp, when he passed to the next round, and will now have Biscuit Barell on its way.

More teams to watch will come in this section. I hope you like it :)
