The quarters of the Champions Shield were played two days ago, with some surprises.
I guess that the biggest surprise was the defeat of Conference champ Valleys Commandos. He lost at the hands of a team from 7-1-4 with the last goal scored in extra-time.
Biscuit Barell and Castle Ford Warriors didn´t have any problems in beating very strong teams like South Shields and The Jakes, by 4 and 3 goals.
The Borg is in a big moment. After reaching the semi´s of the Elite Cup, he´s done the same on the Champions Shield.
The results were:

Biscuit Barrell 4 - 0 South Shields
Castle Ford Warriors 3 - 0 The Jakes
CSKA Moscow 0 - 2 The Borg
